A fee agreement is possible either on an hourly basis or by agreeing a flat rate.
Agreements per hour: One hour costs €150 plus expenses and VAT. We will tell you approximately how many hours will be required for your case.
Lump sum agreements are often made in medical law cases. Here are some examples:
– Request for treatment documents (out of court): € 200 plus expenses and VAT
– Initiation and support of proceedings before the medical association’s expert committee, including any necessary application for a final decision by the expert committee and evaluation of the expert reports: € 800 plus expenses and VAT
