Reasons ;

The accused has been charged by the public prosecutor with having pushed the witness *** so hard from behind on November 30, 2003 at around 1.30 p.m. without justifying or excusing cause that she fell to the ground and sustained superficial abrasions.
The defendant denied the offense. As a result, the court was not convinced during the main hearing after taking evidence that the defendant had committed an assault to the detriment of the witness ***. He was therefore acquitted on factual grounds with the consequence of costs pursuant to sections 465, 467 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
