A non-binding telephone assessment is free of charge! We will discuss this with you before any costs are incurred.
We charge 75 euros plus VAT per half hour for a consultation.
In the case of more extensive advice, which also includes, for example, the examination of contractual documents or insurance conditions, the costs may be charged to consumers in accordance with the German Lawyers’ Fees Act (Rechtsanwaltsvergütungsgesetz ) up to a maximum of EUR 190 plus VAT, depending on the time spent. VAT will be charged.

Representation
Attorney Brandl is a specialist lawyer for medical law and a specialist lawyer for insurance law.
He studied law at the Friedrich Schiller University in Jena, the University of Paris XII Val de Marne and the University of Cologne.
Mr. Brandl was admitted to the bar in 2003.
Since 2015, Attorney Brandl has been practicing in a joint office with Attorney Paasche and Attorney Allendorf.
Attorney Brandl is a member of the Cologne Bar Association, a member of the Medical Law Working Group of the German Bar Association, a member of the Patient Safety Action Alliance and a member of Advounion.
